To the United States of America: A Word from the Lord

The Lord says, “To the Nation, write this message.”

I know your works:

Throughout history, you have fought for justice and liberation, standing against evil and tyranny. Many of your people have given their lives to defend the weak and protect the vulnerable. These acts are remembered before Me.

You have sent missionaries all over the earth to spread My Gospel. You have offered freedom of religion within your borders, allowing My name to be preached without fear of persecution. You have sent aid to nations in need, rushing to help during natural disasters.

You have used technology to proclaim My name to the ends of the earth, spreading the message of hope and salvation to millions. You have produced Bibles, resources, and teachings that equip My people and strengthen My Church worldwide.

You have fed the hungry and clothed the naked. You have built hospitals and schools, bringing healing and education to communities in need. Your charitable organizations have provided clean water, shelter, and hope to countless lives.

But I have this against you:

You oppress the very countries you evangelized, exploiting their resources and controlling their economies under the guise of aid. You allow injustice to run rampant in your cities, leaving the oppressed, the fatherless, and the widow without hope. Your prison’s are overflowing. You abuse your sanctioning power, bringing death and devastation to the poor and vulnerable while protecting the wealthy and corrupt. You have enacted laws that defile My Word and celebrate practices I have called an abomination.

The Spirit says to the Nation:

You say, “We are the land of the free, the home of the brave, a beacon on a hill.” But I say to you:

Where is the justice you claim to uphold?

Where is the mercy for the oppressed?

Where is the repentance for your national sins?

You pride yourself on your wealth, your military, and global currency dominance, but I see your heart. Have you forgotten My warning to the nations?

“Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless” (Isaiah 10:1-2).

I say to you, as I said through the Prophet Amos:

“They sell the innocent for silver, and the needy for a pair of sandals. They trample on the heads of the poor as on the dust of the ground and deny justice to the oppressed” (Amos 2:6-7).

You bring offerings to My house, but I reject them. You sing songs of worship, but I will not listen to your music. For I desire this instead:

“Let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!” (Amos 5:23-24).

You have exalted wealth and power above righteousness. You have built systems that crush the poor and reward the wicked. You have turned a blind eye to the cries of the nations you claim to help, and their blood is on your hands.

Repent, and return to righteousness.

Stop oppressing the poor, both within your borders and abroad.

Stop legislating sin; laws that defile My Word bring judgment upon your land.

Stop abusing power; use your wealth and influence to lift burdens, not to create them.

To the Church:

Where are the prophets who will warn the leaders of this nation instead of proclaiming blessing? Where are those who will call for justice and repentance, not aligning with political parties but aligning with My Word? You are tasked with salvation, but you are also tasked with speaking truth to power, addressing national sins.

Have you forgotten My charge to the prophet Ezekiel?

“When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them… I will hold you accountable for their blood” (Ezekiel 3:18).

Rise up and proclaim My Word. Do not remain silent in the face of national sin. Call the leaders of this land to repentance, and remind them that righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people (Proverbs 14:34). Teach the principles of Isaiah 58, and lead this nation in addressing the burdens of the poor, the oppressed, and the vulnerable.

If you do this, the Lord says:

“I will restore your land and heal your divisions. I will turn your hearts back to Me and bless you with peace. You will become a nation that truly reflects My justice, mercy, and love. You will once again shine as a light to the nations, but it will not be by your power or wealth, it will be by My Spirit.”

But if you do not heed this warning:

The Lord says:

Your pride will be your downfall. The wealth you trust in will crumble, the influence you wield will be stripped away, and you will be humbled before the nations. I will expose your sins, and the world will see your shame. Judgment will begin within your borders, and those who have trusted in their own strength will be brought low.

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the Nations.
